The following are model recommendations issued by the World Health Organization for the public to reduce exposure to and transmission of a range of diseases, including hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene, and safe food practices:
1- Clean hands frequently with an alcohol-based sanitizer or wash them well with soap and water
2- When coughing and sneezing, cover the mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue, dispose of the tissue immediately afterward and wash your hands
3- Avoid close proximity to people with fever And cough
4- If you have fever, cough, and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention early and inform your caregiver about your previous travels
5- When you visit live product markets in areas experiencing cases of infection with the new Coronavirus, avoid direct contact with live animals and surfaces that come into contact with those animals
6- Avoid eating raw or undercooked animal products. Raw meat, raw milk or animal organs should be handled with extreme care to avoid transfer of contaminants from uncooked foods, in accordance with good food safety practices.
